OPTICON is an European project funded by the European commission as part of its Sixth Framework Programme FP6 .
This Joint Research Activity is the Joint Research Activity 2 (JRA2) of OPTICON, the Optical Infrared Coordination Network
The JRA2 is dedicated to fast optical detectors developements and characterization for the second generation of Adaptive Optics Systems.
The Chair of the JRA2 activity "Fast Detectors for AO" is Philippe Feautrier.
